I can’t believe we are coming up on Memorial Day! This year we have decided to spend it at the beach with some friends. I am not sure of our plans, but I am thinking maybe an oyster roast? I recently found out that you can eat oysters any month out of the year. I had always hear it was just “R”, so my mind is blown.
